Sama-Sama Express Klia Terminal 1 - Airside Transit Hotel - Sepang

The hotel was a complete letdown, check-in was unbelievably confusing, and the rooms were harder than sleeping on a rock. They should REALLY improve communication as my stay was not as glamourous as I would have expected, no one even offered me a complimentary snack for my troubles. Almost gave a good review, but really couldn't.

The hotel has a marvellous and excellent location, a short walk to Kuala Lumpur Airport.

I had a great 14-hour layover here! The room was super clean with a comfy bed, perfect for catching up on sleep. The buffet meal was a nice bonus before my next flight. Just wish the decor was a bit fresher!

The location was great, not very far from Kuala Lumpur Airport. The room was cheap and tidy with view and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

The staff were quite rude, didn't expect that coming.

The stay was absolutely comfortable. The venue was functional and wonderful, I enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent near to Sama Sama Express KLIA2, and Sama Sama Express KLIA. Comforts of suite were fabulous - a safe box, a mini bar, iron and ironing board. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, not annoying. The service was good and the pool was clean.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access from the gates to the hotel via an aero train, and the amazing shower with provided products made for a perfect overnight stay.

Ideal for short stays between flights! Enjoyed the quiet ambiance, especially after a long day of travel. The location within the terminal made it super convenient. For future guests, ensure you check your flight schedule to maximize your rest time. Loved the comfortable beds too!

The bed was comfy, but I dealt with cold water during my shower.

The Sama-Sama Express Klia Terminal 1, Airside Transit proved to be an excellent choice for my stay. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with great amenities. I appreciated the convenience of the golf buggy service that transported me right to the terminal. The included meals, particularly the breakfast with local favorites, were a good bonus before my next flight.

The check-in process was somewhat straightforward but could potentially be improved.

Air conditioning worked well and was quite comfortable.

Entering the hotel was a nightmare due to poor directions. We were misled by airport staff, which forced us through security and away from the hotel area. Communication was frustrating. When we tried to reach the hotel for help, we received no assistance and ended up losing the payment without even checking in.

Great experience overall! Checking in was straightforward, and within moments I found myself in a clean room ready for a much-needed nap. The bed was comfortable, perfect after a long flight. I really appreciated the little details like having a fridge and complimentary toiletries. The dining was another highlight. The buffet meal included in my stay was delicious, especially the local favorites. Only downside was the room's soundproofing, which could use improvement. I could faintly hear the bathroom activities from the neighboring room. The location couldn't be better, being directly connected to the airport-it. Would definitely consider coming back on my next layover.
